Ingredients
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 medium white onion, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled, cooked and chopped
- 1 egg
Directions

1Saute green onions, white onion and celery in butter.

2Add crabmeat, stirring constantly.

3Add bread crumbs, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

4Stir.

5Add shrimp and beaten egg.

6The egg holds the mixture together.

7If too loose, add more bread crumbs.

8Never cover the mixture.

9This can be served in individual ramekins garnished with a lemon wedge or as an entree used as stuffing for shrimp or fish.

10Freeze in patties and thaw as needed.
