  • 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans marinara sauce or tomato sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. stuffaroni noodles
  • 1/2 c. salsa
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

    Brown crumbled sausage.

    Add marinara sauce and water; bring to a boil.

    Combine Ricotta, Parmesan, cheese, egg and green pepper.

    Fill cooked stuffaroni with mixture.

    Make single layer in pan.

    Top with sauce.

    Cover and bake at 375° for 1/2 hour.
