- 8 slices bacon
- 2 onions
- 1/2 lb mushroom
- 2 ounces drippings
- 2 3/4 ounces breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Peel the onions, chop with the mushrooms and fry gently in dripping.

2Mix in the breadcrumbs and parsley.

3Season well and bind with egg.

4Spoon a little stuffing onto each rasher, roll up and secure with small skewers.
