Stuffed Baked Peppers

- 6 green peppers
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 2 c. ground meat
- 1 onion
- 1 large potato
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Remove stems and seeds from peppers.

2Scald in boiling water until tender.

3Dice onion and potato fine and cook in butter in a saucepan.

4When they begin to get tender, add the mixed meat and bread crumbs.

5Season with salt and pepper.

6When this mixture is done, stuff the peppers with it.

7Place stuffed peppers in baking dish; sprinkle with grated cheese and bake about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
