  • 1 medium Bell peppers- red or green
  • 2 cup White or brown rice
  • 1 packages Sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can Tomato sauce

Directions

    Heat your oven to 375.

    Cook the Italian sausage throughly.

    Make sure to cook the rice as well.

    Mix the two together when done.

    Cut the tops of the bell peppers off.

    Use any excess off the tops that you can.

    Make sure to chop them into tiny pieces and add them to the meat and rice.

    Mix in a can of tomato sauce.

    Stuff your bell peppers with the mixture.

    Cook for 45 minutes.

    Add the mozzarella cheese on top for the last ten minutes.
