- 1 medium Bell peppers- red or green
- 2 cup White or brown rice
- 1 packages Sweet Italian sausage
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can Tomato sauce
Directions

1Heat your oven to 375.

2Cook the Italian sausage throughly.

3Make sure to cook the rice as well.

4Mix the two together when done.

5Cut the tops of the bell peppers off.

6Use any excess off the tops that you can.

7Make sure to chop them into tiny pieces and add them to the meat and rice.

8Mix in a can of tomato sauce.

9Stuff your bell peppers with the mixture.

10Cook for 45 minutes.

11Add the mozzarella cheese on top for the last ten minutes.
