- 4 to 6 bell peppers, cut lengthwise and deseed
- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. onion, diced
- salt, pepper and garlic to suit taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 slice bread, moistened in a little milk
Directions

1In bowl, mix all ingredients except catsup and peppers.

2Mix well and pack bell pepper halves, rounding off tops.

3Top with catsup and bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.
