- 2 bell peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix 1/4 cup of soup with other ingredients.

2Add a little water, if needed.

3Form balls and put into peppers.

4Additional balls can be put between peppers.

5Pour remaining soup and 1 can of water over peppers.

6Bring to a boil.

7Reduce heat to barely boiling.

8Cover and cook 1 hour.
