Ingredients
- 1 large minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lb. chopped meat (extra lean)
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 long loaf French bread
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 grated onion
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cook minced onion in oil until yellowed.

2Add meat; cook until browned.

3Add parsley, carrot and seasonings; cook 5 minutes.

4Cut bread into 3 equal parts.

5Pull out soft center of loaf; mix with meat.

6Add grated onion and water.

7Mix all together very well. Stuff into bread; pack in very tightly.

8Put loaf into foil; bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
