- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 1 pkg. Buddig corned beef
- 1 can Bavarian sauerkraut, drained
- sliced Swiss cheese
- brown mustard
Directions

1Thaw bread dough for 4 hours (don't thaw overnight, it will rise).

2Roll out bread onto floured surface.

3Roll into large rectangle.

4Spread dough with mustard.

5Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on top of mustard.

6Roll up filled dough into a tube shape.

7Fold ends under.

8Pinch ends and seam together.

9Place on cookie sheet.

10Bake according to dough directions.

11Periodically, brush dough with milk to aid in browning.
