  • 1 frozen white bread dough
  • 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
  • 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
  • frozen wheat bread dough
  • 1/2 lb. deli sliced ham
  • 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 2 green onions
  • frozen Italian bread dough
  • 1/2 lb. Italian beef, sliced thin
  • 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 green pepper, sliced in strips

Directions

    Thaw dough according to package.

    Place dough in bowl and cover with a little oil.

    Cover bowl with a light towel and let rise in warm place for about 4 hours.

    Roll dough out.

    Layer Provolone and pepperoni, then roll up tight like a jelly roll. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet and tuck in ends. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until light brown on top. Let cool and slice into 1-inch sections.
