- 1 pkg. ground meat
- 2 c. Minute rice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 large cans sauerkraut
- 2 small cans stewed tomatoes
- about 1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
- about 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
Directions

1Mix first five ingredients together.

2Set aside.

3Remove core from cabbage.

4Place in a large pot (with lid) of water and steam until leaves remove easily.

5Roll ground meat mixture in cabbage leaves.

6Take frying pan, add butter and flour.

7Brown flour in butter.

8Add red pepper.

9Mix well.

10Add this to pot with rolled cabbage.

11Let simmer for about 2 hours or until done.
