- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 large head cabbage
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Greek seasoning
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 large onion
Directions

1Peel cabbage.

2Place cabbage leaves into boiling water until tender and pliable.

3Mix other ingredients thoroughly.

4Form into balls and wrap with cabbage leaves.

5Put cabbage rolls in 4-quart pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water.

6Time for 15 minutes after pressure cooker starts jiggling.

7Reduce pressure quickly by putting cooker under cold water.

8Ready to serve.
