  • 2 dried rolls or Italian bread
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 head cabbage with large leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb. bacon

    Soak the rolls in water for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Remove and squeeze dry.

    Combine meat, rolls and onion.
