- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook cabbage in salted water a few minutes to soften; drain. Mix 2 tablespoons soup with the rest of the ingredients.

2Divide the mixture among the cabbage leaves.

3Fold in sides and roll up; secure with toothpicks.

4In skillet, place rolls, seal side down. Pour on soup.

5Cover and simmer 40 minutes.

6Stir now and then. Spoon sauce over rolls.

7Makes 4 servings.
