Stuffed Cabbage

- 8 oz. cream soup (your choice)
- 1 small head cabbage
- 16 oz. vegetarian ???
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 bell pepper (small slivers)
- 3 stocks green onion, sliced 1/4-inch
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 3 slices American cheese, slivered (1/2-inch wide)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Directions

1Boil half or whole cabbage as desired, approximately 10 minutes, until limp.

2Slice wieners in half lengthwise and lay on leaf of cabbage.

3Spread a small amount of mustard and 1 teaspoon of cream cheese.

4Sprinkle in some onion, a slice of cheese and slivers of green pepper.

5Roll and place on baking pan.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Pour tablespoon of hot soup over top of each and serve.
