Stuffed Cabbage

  • 8 oz. cream soup (your choice)
  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 16 oz. vegetarian ???
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 bell pepper (small slivers)
  • 3 stocks green onion, sliced 1/4-inch
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 3 slices American cheese, slivered (1/2-inch wide)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Directions

    Boil half or whole cabbage as desired, approximately 10 minutes, until limp.

    Slice wieners in half lengthwise and lay on leaf of cabbage.

    Spread a small amount of mustard and 1 teaspoon of cream cheese.

    Sprinkle in some onion, a slice of cheese and slivers of green pepper.

    Roll and place on baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Pour tablespoon of hot soup over top of each and serve.
