- 1/2 c. raw regular rice
- 1 grated small onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 sliced large onion
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (No. 2 1/2) cans tomatoes (7 c.)
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Remove 12 large leaves from cabbage.

2Trim off thick part of each leaf.

3Let boiling water stand on leaves a few minutes, so they become easy to roll.

4Heat oven to 375°.
