Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. Accent or m.s.g.
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 c. tomato soup, plus 1 can water (from cooked cabbage)
Directions

1Cook cabbage 3 to 5 minutes.

2Peel leaves and set aside. Brown hamburger; drain off fat.

3Add onion, green pepper and seasonings; simmer 5 minutes.

4Mix rice in with hamburger.

5Put mixture into separated cabbage leaves.

6Roll up leaves and place in baking pan.

7Sprinkle with brown sugar.

8Pour tomato soup over and cabbage water over top of cabbage rolls.

9Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
