- 1 link Polish sausage
- 1 head cabbage
- 8 c. rice, cooked for 5 minutes only and drained
- 1 onion, diced and sauteed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 (No. 8) cans tomato sauce (15 oz.)
- garlic powder or 2 sauteed cloves garlic
Directions

1Put a large pot of water on and bring to a boil.

2Core, a little at a time, the cabbage and blanch just until leaves are fairly soft.

3Do not overcook.

4Continue to core and cook until all leaves are removed.

5Let cool down.

6In a bowl, take 8 cups of rice, onion, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well.
