- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
