- 1 whole cabbage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. fat
- 2 Tbsp. tomato
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. chopped, fresh or dried mint
- 3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 lb. pork, ground
- 2 or 3 slices bacon
- 1 c. tomato juice
Directions

1Cut cabbage around stem end with knife.

2Put stem end down into a kettle.

3Cover with boiling water.

4Add salt and boil, uncovered, 10 minutes.

5Remove; drain.

6Let cool.
