Stuffed Celery Ribs

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temp, can use low fat
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 head celery, washed and cut into 4 - 5 inch lengths

Directions

    Mix together the cream cheese and drained crushed pineapple and salt.

    Mix until smooth.

    Fill the inside of the celery ribs with mixture either with a knife or use a pastry bag to pipe it inside.
