- 6 Creole tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. garlic butter
- bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Remove a 1/2-inch slice from top of each tomato and chop. Scoop out most of pulp and chop.

2Put a little salt, pepper and sugar inside each tomato and turn upside down on paper towel to drain.
