- 1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 6 to 7 links (large) Italian sausage, precooked, drained and crumbled
- Mozzarella cheese
- oregano flakes
- garlic powder
Directions

1Separate rolls.

2Place thin slice of cheese starting at wide end.

3Mix together sausage, bread crumbs and 1 egg and 1 egg yolk. Save second egg white for the topping.

4Place heaping teaspoon of mixture same as with cheese.

5Roll to narrow end.

6Place close together on lightly greased tin.
