- 3 medium eggplants
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (cooked)
- 1 medium can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. green onions, minced
- 18 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 2 pkg. green beans (frozen)
Directions

1Cut eggplants evenly in half lengthwise.

2With a knife, carefully remove eggplant meat to a bowl.

3Be sure the eggplant shells are 1/2-inch thick.

4Chop eggplant meat in bowl.

5Add ground beef, tomato sauce, garlic salt, salt, pepper, oregano and green onions.

6Mix thoroughly.
