  • 3 green onion
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise

    cut green onion and parsley to little pieces

    with the food process mix tomatoes and garlic till it smooth

    beat egg with salt and mayo

    mix all ingredients together

    spread the ingredients on the fish roll it up and dip the rolled fish in the bread crumb and need to stick a toothpick in to it so it won't full out.
