- 2 lb. flounder
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup (undiluted)
- black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Dry flounder fillets with paper towel.

2Divide crabmeat between fillets.

3Spread fillets with crabmeat.

4Roll fillets. Secure with wooden toothpicks.

5Place in buttered baking dish. Mix soup, pepper and mustard; spoon over fish.

6Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
