Stuffed Flounder

- flounder
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 piece celery, diced
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. stuffing (amount used depends on the size of fish)
Directions

1Melt butter and saute onion and celery.

2Add water and bring to a boil.

3Put sage and almonds in dressing (stuffing).

4Pour butter, water and vegetable combination into dressing and mix until all is moist (more hot water may be used).

5Butter flounder liberally and salt and pepper both sides.

6Place dressing in center of flounder. With toothpicks, pin tail to upper part of flounder (above dressing).

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
