- 6 large green peppers
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. cooked ground beef
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce plus 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Prepare peppers.

2Cut off tops.

3Remove seeds.

4Boil 10 to 15 minutes in salted water.

5Drain and put in flat baking dish. Combine rice, beef and crackers.

6Add 1/2 cheese and 1/2 tomato sauce-water mixture.

7Stir well.

8Spoon into peppers.

9Sprinkle with rest of cheese and drizzle with rest of tomato sauce.

10Cover loosely with foil.

11Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
