- 6 green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
- garlic powder
- onion, diced
- 6 c. water
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Wash peppers, cut in half and clean.

2Cook for about 10 minutes in boiling water.

3Brown hamburger; drain.

4Add 1/2 sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and rice.

5Dip into peppers, pour rest over peppers.

6Sprinkle a little more garlic over top of peppers.

7Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

8Serves 12.
