  • 6 green peppers
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
  • 1 (5 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 5 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. lasagne noodles
  • 3/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. bell pepper
  • 3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 3 c. water
  • 3 tsp. salt or Season-All
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 6 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • egg
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese or thinly sliced
  • 2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil or olive oil

Directions

    In skillet, lightly brown beef, onions and bell pepper. Season at this point.

    Drain ground beef.

    Put in paste, salt, sugar, garlic powder and pepper.

    Add water and simmer 30 minutes.
