- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
- 1 (5 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 5 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. lasagne noodles
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 3 c. water
- 3 tsp. salt or Season-All
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 6 oz. Ricotta cheese
- egg
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese or thinly sliced
- 2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil or olive oil
Directions

1In skillet, lightly brown beef, onions and bell pepper. Season at this point.

2Drain ground beef.

3Put in paste, salt, sugar, garlic powder and pepper.

4Add water and simmer 30 minutes.
