Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Ricotta
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. Parmesan, grated
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. ground Italian sausage
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. manicotti noodles
  • 1 (27 oz.) can spaghetti sauce or your favorite homemade sauce

Directions

    In large pot, cook manicotti noodles, a few at a time, in salted water.

    Lift out with a slotted spoon so as not to break. Place in large bowl with cold water.
