- 1 c. Parmesan, grated
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. ground Italian sausage
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. manicotti noodles
- 1 (27 oz.) can spaghetti sauce or your favorite homemade sauce
Directions

1In large pot, cook manicotti noodles, a few at a time, in salted water.

2Lift out with a slotted spoon so as not to break. Place in large bowl with cold water.
