Stuffed Jalapenos

  • 20 jalapenos, halved and cleaned (use the canned ones)
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 large handful pecans

Directions

    Chop pecans to almost a sand consistency.

    Add carrots and onions from the can of jalapenos.
  3. 3
    Blend in approximately 1/4 cup of the juice.

    Fill up each of the jalapeno halves.

    Makes about 40 or so.
