- 12 pickled jalapeno chilies
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 12 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (2 oz.)
- 14 cup green onion, sliced
- 12 pimento strips
Directions

1Rinse and drain jalapenos.

2Slit lengthwise on one side.

3Remove seeds and veins, leaving stem attached.

4Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

5Beat in Cheddar cheese and green onion.

6Stuff each pepper with part of mixture.

7Arrange on heatproof serving plate or baking sheet.

8Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
