- 6 Japanese eggplant
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Boil eggplant until soft.

2Put on plate and cut longways.

3Put 1/2 lemon over the top of the eggplant.

4Mince garlic.

5Add cumin, salt and pepper and mix together.

6Spread garlic over the eggplant.

7Use the other 1/2 lemon over the top of garlic.
