Stuffed Manicotti Shells

  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shells
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. parsley flakes

Directions

    Cook shells as directed on package; drain.

    Mix Ricotta cheese, onion, garlic, thyme, cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.

    Fill shells with mixture.

    Pour tomato sauce over shells.

    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

    Cover shells. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
