- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shells
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. parsley flakes
Directions

1Cook shells as directed on package; drain.

2Mix Ricotta cheese, onion, garlic, thyme, cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.

3Fill shells with mixture.

4Pour tomato sauce over shells.

5Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

6Cover shells. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
