- 16 large mushrooms
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 1 1/4 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Wash mushrooms thoroughly and pat dry.

2Remove stems.

3Chop stems fine.

4Melt 1/4 cup of the butter in a skillet.

5Saute mushroom caps briefly on both sides until they begin to turn beige.

6Remove caps from pan.
