- 1 lb. fresh medium mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or 1 tsp. Worcestershire and 1 tsp. white wine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. or 1 oz. shredded American cheese
- melted margarine
Directions

1Clean mushrooms.

2Remove stems and chop.

3Reserve caps.

4Saute veggies and mushroom stems in 1/4 cup margarine in a skillet until tender.

5Stir in Worcestershire sauce, wine, salt and pepper.
