- 1 doz. fresh mushrooms
- 2 slices bread (in crumbs)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Tear bread into crumbs; place in saucepan.

2Add butter, onion and soy sauce; mix well over low heat.

3Pull stems off mushrooms and scoop out or hollow the mushrooms.

4Cut mushroom stems in pieces and add to mix.

5Cook 2 minutes on low heat.

6Spoon mix into mushroom caps and bake at 400° for 5 minutes in a shallow dish, then place in broiler for 3 minutes, until toasted.

7Serve warm.
