Stuffed Mushrooms

- 24 large fresh mushrooms (1 1/2 to 2 inch diameter)
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Wash mushrooms, remove stems and chop enough to make 1 cup. In a saucepan, cook mushroom stems, onion and garlic in margarine until tender.

2Stir in bread crumbs and cheese.

3Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.

4Arrange caps in a 15 x 10 x 2-inch pan.

5Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
