- 1 lb. large mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Wash, trim and dry mushrooms.

2Remove stems, finely chop. Melt 3 tablespoons margarine.

3Cook and stir stems, pepper and onion until tender.

4Remove from heat and add bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

5Melt 1 tablespoon margarine in shallow baking dish. Fill mushroom caps with stuffing mixture.

6Place mushrooms filled side up in baking dish.

7Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
