- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion
- parsley
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- dash of nutmeg
Directions

1Chop stems.

2Saute onions in butter.

3Add stems and bread crumbs.

4Stir over heat.

5Add parsley.

6Season (pepper, salt or garlic salt).

7Remove from heat.

8Stir in cheese.

9Stuff mushrooms.

10Bake in buttered dish at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
