Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. ham, chopped
  • 2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms (remove and chop stems)
  • 1 slice dry bread, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown all ingredients together until tender.

    Place mixture into mushroom caps.

    Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.

    Serve warm.
