  • 4 slices bacon, diced
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green peppers
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Set aside the mushroom caps. Chop mushroom stems; combine the rest of the ingredients and saute in butter until soft. Stuff caps and place in baking dish with a little water. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
