Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 lb. small fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- dash of black pepper and salt
- 24 crushed bacon thin crackers (reserve 1 1/2 tsp.)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Remove stems from mushrooms and mince.

2Cook minced stems, onion, salt and pepper in margarine until tender.

3Mix onion mixture with crushed crackers and parsley. Sprinkle inside mushroom caps with salt.

4Fill and brush with melted margarine. Top with shredded Mozzarella, if desired.

5Bake in preheated oven at 350° about 20 minutes or until tender.

6Use shallow pan.
