Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 3 packages (10 Oz. Package) Whole Mushrooms
  • 10 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 3/4 cups Hellman's Mayonnaise (Bring Out The Good Stuff!)
  • 1- 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • Lawry\'s Seasoning Salt, to taste

Directions

    Take a 1/4-teaspoon-sized or smaller melon baller to core out the mushroom stems and enlarge the opening of the cap slightly (to allow for more stuffing).

    Wash mushroom caps thouroughly and set them on paper towels to drain/dry.

    Cook bacon and crumble.

    In a bowl, mix together the crumbled bacon, mayonnaise, cheese and seasoning salt.

    Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture and place them cheese-side up into a 9x13 baking dish.

    Broil for approximately 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and just starts to brown.
