- 1 pound Fresh Mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 whole Green Onions
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 1 cup Crackers (or Half A Package)
- 1 stick Butter, Melted
- 1 cup Pecans (very Lightly Toasted)
- 4 ounces, weight Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions

1Wipe mushrooms with damp paper towels to remove any excess dirt.

2Snap off stems and place in a food processor.

3Add salt, onions, and garlic and mix for just a few seconds.

4Next add, crackers, butter, parmesan and pecans and mix for just a few seconds again.

5Blend according to the consistency you desire.

6I personally dont blend it too much, I like a little crunch!

7Next using a butter knife I carefully fill each mushroom cap with the stuffing and lay on a baking sheet.

8When all finished, I grate some more parmesan over all the mushrooms.

9Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 350 degree oven...
