Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped, cooked ham or turkey
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. miracle whip salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. chopped red onion
  • (4 oz.) 18 large pasta shells, cooked & drained
  • 2 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1/4 c. (1 oz.) Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1-2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Combine ham or turkey, Ricotta cheese, salad dressing and onion, mix.

    Fill shells with mixture and place, filled side up, in shallow pan.

    Add 2 Tbsp. cold water to dish, cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until heated. Combine Parmesan cheese, crumbs, parsley and margarine, melted. Sprinkle over shells. Continue to bake uncovered 5 minutes.
