- 1 egg
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 20 cooked jumbo pasta shells or cannelloni shells
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

2Stuff shells and place on oiled baking pan.

3(Preferably olive oil.) Dot with spaghetti sauce.

4Cover with foil.

5Heat at 325° for about 10 minutes or until hot.
