Stuffed Pasta Shells

  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 cooked jumbo pasta shells or cannelloni shells

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

    Stuff shells and place on oiled baking pan.

    (Preferably olive oil.) Dot with spaghetti sauce.

    Cover with foil.

    Heat at 325° for about 10 minutes or until hot.
