- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz. sharp cheese
Directions

1Blanch peppers after tops and seeds are removed.

2Cook beef and onions until browned.

3Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, rice and Worcestershire sauce.

4Cook until rice is tender.

5Stuff peppers. Lay cheese on top and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
