  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (5 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. or more grated cheese

    Boil ground beef and chopped onion in 1 1/2 cups water for 10 minutes; drain. Add tomato paste, rice, Worcestershire sauce and grated cheese. Mix well. Will stuff 6 peppers. Bake at 350° until brown.
